1.  Served as legal statistical expert in the case "July 1986 Ohio Bar Examination Applicant
    719".  Submitted report to Ohio Supreme court.  Report was cited in Ohio Supreme Court
    decision in favor of our client, 1991.

2.  Provided statistical legal advice on an age discrimination case to Great
    American Ins. Co., 1992

3.  Provided legal statistical advice on Medicare case to the Ohio Attorney Generals
    Office, 1993

4.  Wrote a legal statistical report (and was deposed) on survival analysis for Ms. Mary
    True, and Mr. Greg Utter of Keating, Muething, & Klekamp, in the successful  60
    million dollar class action medical device case "Wilson et al, v. Siemens Pacesetter,
    et al", 1994-95

5.  Lectured on "Probability and Statistics in Sciences" at Banbury conference
    for Federal Judges and state Supreme Court Judges, sponsored by the Federal
    Judicial Center, 1997

6.  Lectured on "Statistics and the Law", at the October 1998 meeting of the Cincinnati
    Employment Lawyers Association, 1998

7.  Provided statistical legal advice on age discrimination case to Frost & Jacobs
    (Deborah Adams), 1999

8.  Provided statistical legal advice on race discrimination case to Lawyer Robert
    Klingler, 1999

9.  Wrote a statistical legal report for a SIDS death case for Sirkin, Pinales, Mezibov
    & Schwartz (Michael Budelsky).  Our client was successful in arbiration, 2000

10. Provided statistical legal advice on age discrimination to Frost & Jacobs
    (Lindemann) 2000

11. Wrote a statistical legal report on a racial discrimination case for Tobias, Kraus &
    Torchia, (Sharon Sobers), 2001

12. Provided statistical legal advice on salmenella death case for Miller, Johnson, Snell
    & Cummiskey, PLC, Grand Rapids, Mich., (Thomas Wurst), 2001

13. Wrote a statistical legal report on a medical transcription billing case for Kinney,
