Discrete Radon transforms and
applications to arithmetic problems in finite fields
Abstract: We shall see that the "harmonic analytic"
perspective
on Radon transforms in vector spaces
over finite fields
yields good estimates for the
classical sum-product
problems and allows for
improved bounds in
related problems in additive
number theory.
