This site, sponsored by Harvey Mudd College, contain links to tutorials of pre-calculus and calculus concepts. Visual Calculus (sponsored by University of Tennessee, Knoxville) and The Calculus Page (sponsored by University of California, Davis) are sites with links to tutorials using applets. Calculus Facts , a site set up for practice of basic calculus facts and Mathmistakes, which contains frequently made calculus mistakes and their associated corrections, were both established by an Associate Professor at St. Louis University.
Mathworld site of definitions through an alphabetical listing. You can link to Access Science, which is an online version of McGraw-Hill Encyclopedia of Science and Technology, through University of Cincinnati Library. Just search the library Catalog using access science and link to AccessScience at McGraw-Hill. Wikipedia is a free, collaboratively written encyclopedia, that anyone can edit and should be used with discretion.
